 Heyens Hospitality, owned by Matt Heyens and Jodi Strenkowski, is a brother and sister team who specialize in meticulous planning and “hands on” construction management of boutique properties. 

The company’s first endeavor, The Merrimon-Wynne House, opened in 2014 and is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Heyens Hospitality selected Austin, Texas for its second location because of the city’s thriving entrepreneurial culture combined with its vibrant hospitality community and opened The Addison Grove in September 2016.  Native Bloom Floral Design was the third project for the company and offers full service floral design. Its studio is located on site at The Addison Grove in Austin's Hill Country. 

In September 2018, the company completed and opened its latest endeavor, The Ivory Oak, located in Wimberley, Texas. After three years, creating over 200 unforgettable weddings and events, the property was acquired and is no longer accepting bookings.

In early 2023, Heyens Hospitality acquired Prospect House, located in Austin, TX. Continuing to be inspired by the beautiful Texas Hill Country, we knew its picturesque landscape would be the ideal backdrop for our vision - a modern, yet rustic venue with timeless charm. Today, we are fortunate to experience Prospect House through the eyes of our clients. Each event that takes place here is a unique and special experience, and we love seeing the space transformed by our clients' individual dream visions.

Heyens Hospitality recently acquired a property in Chapel Hill, NC. The company is excited to start development and anticipate hosting their first weddings and events in late 2023 - early 2024.

They are actively pursuing other luxury hospitality projects in both cities.
